I am a second-year PhD student at the Center for Information and Language Processing (CIS) at LMU Munich, working under the supervision of Prof. Hinrich Schütze. My current research focuses on memory-augmented large language models and, more broadly, on interactive language modeling. My NLP research journey began during my MSc, which was supervised by Mohammad Taher Pilehvar. At that time, I investigated explainability methods and the interpretability of pre-trained language models, and I am still involved in some projects in this area.
P.S. My full name is Seyed MohammadAli Modarressi, but Ali is my preferred first name, which is why I use it in my writings and publications.
